After Hours and Emergencies

If you develop an emergent problem, please go to the nearest Emergency Department. Identify yourself to the emergency room as one of our patients and request an ER Physician evaluate your problem. The emergency room physicians will notify our physician of any help needed in your care. We have a physician on call 24/7.

Telephone Calls and Prescription Refills

For questions regarding your care or prescriptions please call during regular office hours. If you are requesting a refill, please have your prescription information and your pharmacy’s phone number readily available. All calls will be returned within 24 hours.

Filing Insurance Claims and Paying Your Bill

We file insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. However, please be aware that you are responsible for any co-payment, coinsurance or deductible amounts at the time of service.

Please understand that your insurance is a contractual agreement between you and the insurance company. Therefore, it is your responsibility to understand your coverage and exceptions to your policy. Due to this relationship, you are ultimately responsible for your bill.

Confidentiality of Your Medical Records

All medical records and any information given to our staff will remain confidential. No information will be released unless written authorization from you is received.
